Ecological Fencing Systems

Hazel wattle
fencing and sweet chestnut posts
These create aesthetically pleasing fences that are relatively easy to erect. They are less likely to fall down in strong winds unlike, panel fencing.
If you have this type of fencing installed:
a) You are supporting good woodland management, we currently source from hampshire. The hazel and sweet chestnut is coppiced, approximately every 5 to 10 years, on a cyclical basis. This enables the wood / forest to develop a diverse range of eco-systems, benifiting flora / fauna / insects / fungi etc.
b) Less
transport miles and therefore less co2 emissions. Helps retain woodland /
forests as important carbon sinks.
